Kiddies Kaleidoscope was founded by Ingrid Battista, a Child Development Specialist and Special Needs Educator with 17 years experience in the Education field. Working with both special needs and typically developing children, Ingrid has helped each child accomplish developmental milestones and targeted goals, particularly helping children develop receptive and expressive language skills. Ingrid has assisted many families in transitioning their children into appropriate preschool programs by advocating for the child, while contributing in the IEP planning process using her experience as a classroom teacher, resource room instructor and early intervention specialist.

        Ingrid brings a passion for teaching, being creative and a hands-on approach to presenting concepts and lessons. Believing in the philosophy of nurturing the inner child allows her to engage the children she works with in a safe, fun, interactive environment while helping each child gain a sense of autonomy.  

   Ingrid has developed innovative, creative, academically sound, interdisciplinary, quality enrichment classes.  With Kiddies Kaleidoscope, children will be engaged and having fun while learning!
