QUALITY enrichment is back for our future scientists! Brand new classes fostering curiosity, exploration and experimentation. Your child will have a blast experiencing age-appropriate scientific concepts while using real

child-friendly science tools with a focus on S.T.E.A.M.

Cancellation refunds will be subject to a registration fee of  $35 for full day mini-camp. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of first session.

• I affirm that my child, as well as all household members, have not knowingly been exposed to anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 within 30 days prior to entering the class.

• I understand that KIDDIES KALEIDOSCOPE cannot be held liable for any exposure to the COVID-19 virus caused by misinformation on this form or any health history provided.

Kiddies Kaleidoscope at times may photograph classes and activities for promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to have your child included in photos, kindly notify us in writing.
