The Science Exploration Class
Geared for the inquisitive elementary school-aged child!
Is your child constantly getting into things? Do they love to explore and get their hands dirty? Then this class is for you! Your child will have a blast learning scientific concepts with a focus on S.T.E.A.M and performing hands-on experiments using real child-friendly
science tools.
Projects such as:

Classes offered for 3-4, 5-8 and 9-11 year-olds.
$100 for a 4-week class, 1 hour per week (includes all materials - Children bring a project home from most classes)

Sassy Scientists
Geared for girls!
Statistics show women are underrepresented in the sciences, in particular, STEM. This class is geared in particular to girls' topics of interest. She can be "sassy", she can be "stylish" and she can be a SCIENTIST!! Girls will be introduced to different areas of the sciences such as Physics and Chemistry. All while decked-out in their "bedazzled goggles"

Kiddies Junior Robotics
Ready, Set, Code!
By entering into our “Tinker Lab, young children will be exposed to robotics in a fun, hands-on way. Children will be introduced and progress in the coding, programming, and designing of age-appropriate robots understanding the basics of algorithms while building language and math skills as we work with sequencing, estimation and problem solving -- all while having fun!
With robotics being the wave of the future, children who understand robotics will be at an advantage, literally able to operate the world around them.

Mosaic Storytelling and Art
Storytelling, creating and art all come together in this class.
We believe that a lifelong passion for learning begins with reading and exploring. Each week will begin with a curated storybook featuring talented children's illustrators, designers, or artists as a catalyst for inspiration. Children will be lead through prompts inviting them to make and create their art for the day.

Wonderful, Remarkable Me Workshop
Yes, I can! Yes, I will! I believe in me! All things are possible!
This workshop will focus on educating children about self-motivation, goal setting, optimism and building self-esteem. Children will build social and emotional intelligence through engaging reading of texts. Targeted activities will focus on reinforcing concepts realized and learned. Children will create a vision board to bring home designed to remind and reinforce them of their experience in this workshop.
Workshop offered for 4-6,7-9,10-12-year-olds.

Exploring the Greats Art Class
An Introductory class for children to get to know the great artists!
Each week will feature a different artist and their artistic style. The class will begin with the literature on Getting To Know The World's Greatest Artists. Children will then be given an opportunity to create their own artistic masterpiece in the style of the artist being studied that week.

Kaleidoscope Kids Around The World
In this program, children will enjoy taking a virtual tour with their very own "passport", visiting different countries from the continents.
Children's books from around the world will be used as prompts to discover cultures, customs and traditions using our staple "Exploratory Bins"!

Messy Play Workshop
Featuring multi-sensory, hands-on messy play!
Sensory play, otherwise known as messy play, is a play that encourages children to use one or more of the senses and has been proven to
help build neural connections that support thought, creativity, and learning! Sensory play also supports cognitive growth, reasoning and
problem solving, fine and gross motor skills, language development, and social interaction.
With little ones spending much less time outdoors and indoor time being monopolized by technology, this Messy Tots workshop will provide
your child with the opportunity to engage with and explore textures that feature some of the following:

Preschool Prep Classes
Child development classes geared for the 3 or 4-year-old entering preschool the following year!
If you are a parent concerned about:
* How your child will adapt to the classroom structure
* Strengthening your child’s early preschool skills in language, literacy, math and fine/gross motor skills
* Exposing your child to a more structured social environment
* Separation anxiety
-These classes are for you!
Children will develop early preschool skills through the use of songs, stories, crafts, circle time and cooperative play.
*This is a great program for children that have aged out of Early Intervention and did not qualify for district services. We will continue to build and reinforce language skills as well as prepare for the transition into preschool*
Preschool Prep Literacy Class
Focus will be on letter and sound recognition. Your child will learn the phonetics of each letter sound and shape of each letter through the use of tactile and sensory play. Targeted goals will be the expansion of language.

Preschool Prep Math Class
An alternate preschool prep class. Focus will be on early math skills. Your child will work on number recognition, counting, patterns, sequencing, shape recognition and sorting through the use of tactile and sensory play.

M-STEM Education Classes
Exploring the interdisciplinary connections between STEM concepts (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) and Music
Children are introduced to the Instrument Families --Percussion, Wind, String, Voice-- and explore the vibrations that create their sounds (Science), discovering the sizes, shapes & measurements (Math) that make them different. Through a hands on 5 Step Process (Engineering), they will build their own instruments (Technology) from each respective family.
We will explore:
